How to dress the bump when pregnant?





I remember when I was pregnant
it was one of my biggest frustrations

"HOW TO DRESS THE BUMP"

 

Being fashionable while pregnant is not easy

cuz you have that huge belly
that never fits in any piece of clothing!

 

Last week, I got a question
where I bought my maternity clothing.
So I thought why not write a blog about it!
 

Actually I only bought 1 maternity pants, that I wore rarely!
I felt like an elephant in it
and it wasn't comfortable at all!
3 years ago, there were none of those cool maternity clothing,
now almost every brand has a mama collection.
So I mixed something together with stuff I already had,
that was comfortable, easy & fashionable.
 

Most of my pregnancy looks were existing of
leggings & long singlets but put together with
a cool blouse or jacket I looked different everyday!

I gave birth in June when it was very hot!
So the last 2 months I wore my usual dresses & long skirts.
Because I normally wear loose fit dresses, they were perfect!
I actually looked like a balloon, but it was so much better
than the maternity clothing with the belly piece!

Here are some of my pregnancy looks
None of them were pieces of the maternity clothing,
expect the jeans. (sorry for the bad quality)

 

These singlets are so easy to combine &
perfect when feeling hot (pregnancy issues)
I bought mine in the basic collection in H&M,
now you have them in the mama collection:

Combine these items with your usual denim jacket, bomber, blazer, an unbuttoned blouse or bernadette and you are ready to go!
